A day on the set of Striscia la Notizia!
It's not every day that you get a call to accompany the stars of one of the best-loved programmes on Italian TV. And it really happened to us: we were chosen to take care of transfers for the Striscia la Notizia team. An experience that took us into the heart of the Mediaset world, amidst scripts, dressing room chatter and a few familiar faces that we are used to seeing on screen.
Behind the scenes of TV
Some days start as a normal transfer service, others take you to the sets of Striscia la Notizia! We accompanied presenters, guests, technicians and collaborators from their hotels to the Mediaset studios. We waited for them until the end of the recordings and then accompanied them to their destination: hotel, station, airport or other stops on request.
A constant coming and going of smiles, jokes, phone calls and a hint of excitement, because let's face it, it always makes a certain impression to see the world of TV up close. Our task? To make everything look easy and make our guests feel at ease: to arrive on time, to move discreetly, to be present without ever being in the way.
Between trips, there was also time for a few chats with a special passenger: Francesco Facchinetti. Friendly, helpful, always with a ready joke! He came on board naturally and with a big smile, as if we had been friends for a long time. And indeed, for us, every customer is a bit like a dear friend.
